How quickly do you post?
If you place your order Monday to Friday before 1pm, under normal circumstances your order will leave us same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

What are your delivery charges?
Delivery within the UK is £3.95 for standard delivery no matter how many items you purchase, or £7.95 for Express Delivery.

Standard Delivery 1st Class takes approx 2 to 4 days for delivery.

UPS 2 to 3 day courier option - £6.99

Tracking number provided.

*Cut off time for same day dispatch with this service is 10:30am.  Orders placed after 10:30am will usually be sent the next working day.  Although this is a 2 to 3 day option approx 90% arrive next working day if ordered before the cut off time. (Not guaranteed)


Royal Mail Special Delivery - £7.95

Takes 1 to 2 working days depending on the time of your order.  Order before 1pm Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays) for next day delivery to most UK areas.

Taken from Royal Mails Website - "Use Special Delivery™ Next Day and we’ll guarantee delivery by 1.00pm of the next working day to 99%* of the country, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. Some places take longer to deliver to, but we still guarantee delivery within three working days by 5.30 pm"

- 25% refund of postage payment if your order is delivered late, but on the same day. (Claims must be made within 4 days of shipping)

- 50% refund of postage payment if your order is delivered next working day.  (Claims must be made within 4 days of shipping)

Will my personal information be safe?
We only hold the information you give us when you register or make an order, plus the history of the orders you have placed with us and any changes to your personal details. We will never sell, trade or rent your personal information to any third party without your explicit permission.

Which methods of payment do you accept?
We take the following major credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa credit or debit, Maestro (Switch), Solo, and JCB. Payments are powered by Worldpay, Paypal and Google Checkout depending on your preference. Payments are 100% secure, we never see any of your card number details.

What happens if an item is out of stock?
Once we have accepted your order, the stock is automatically reserved for you. In the event that we are out of stock of an item that you have ordered we will contact you by email or telephone to suggest an alternative or refund in full.

I'm not sure which size to order. What do you recommend?
Most(but not all) costumes are made from stretchy material to accommodate a wide variety of sizes. We do try our best to size the costumes well using the manufactures sizes as a guideline. However, as like the high street sizes can differ between manufactures. If you are unsure, it is always best to go for one size larger, than to struggle with an outfit that is too small. If you would like us to measure a costume for you please get in touch.

What is your Returns Policy?
You may return items within 10 days of purchase.

We do not refund shipping costs, it is your responsiblity to return items to us. The cost of return will be at your exense and we recommend that you keep proof of posting or use Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service.  You may like to send back using Special Delivery if the item is valuable.

Costumes are delivered in reseal-able packaging and may be tried on for size.  We ask that you please return items in the same condition as sent.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on stockings, tights, wigs or masks for hygiene reasons.

Any returned goods that we receive which are outside of this Returns Policy will be defined as 'Disputed'. Such Dispute items will not be refunded or exchanged and a reason for this decision will be provided. We are happy to re-ship such Dispute items back to you at a cost to yourself; otherwise they will be destroyed within 91 calendar days from their receipt back to us.

Faulty Products

Should a product be faulty, you should let us know immediately as we will happily refund or exchange it for you. Please let us know as soon as possible via email within 7 calendar days from the day after delivery.

Instructions for Returning Goods
Before returning anything please contact us and we will give you a Goods Returns Number. This must be included in your parcel otherwise we will be unable to process them. Include either the delivery note, or a copy of your email invoice with the goods and send back in appropriate packaging.  

Please return the goods to the address on the top of your receipt/invoice including the Returns Authorisation Number. Any returned items not including such information may well be delayed.

Privacy Policy
Any information that you supply to Fancy Dress 4 fun will be treated by us as confidential. Our site is secure and Fancy Dress 4 fun will never supply lists of addresses or any other information to a third party (other than for the purpose of clearing payments with credit card companies etc.) For full details of our privacy policy click here.
